  • What is your return policy?

    For Regular Season merchandise purchased IN-STORE, our policy is 30 days in new condition (unworn & unwashed). 

    For Regular Season merchandise purchased ONLINE, our policy is 14 days from the delivery date in new condition (unworn & unwashed). 

    During our sale period, All Sales are FINAL, regardless of a purchase in-store or online.

  • What is the difference between EU and US sizing?

    For Shirts and Jackets, European sizing is representative of 10 numbers higher. Ex, a size 40 jacked in the US system is the equivalent of a size 50 in EU and so forth. 

    For Pant Waist sizes, European sizing is representative of 16 numbers higher. Ex, a size 32 waisted pant in the US system is a size 48 in EU sizing and so forth (32/48, 34/50,36/52, etc).

  • What are the different shoe sizing scales

    US sizing is true sizing as normal. Ex, 7,8, 9, 10, etc

    UK sizing is one number down. Ex, a 7UK is a 8US and so forth. 

    EU sizing is the most complex and are numbered completlely different. Ex, EU size 39 is a US 6, 40 EU is a US 7 and so forth.

  • Do I need an appointment to come browse?

    Nope! Please come down at your convenience and we would be happy to accomodate you!

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We have the ability to ship everywhere in Canada. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Online purchased items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item. The only caveat of this is if the item was on sale, it is FINAL SALE in that case.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 30 days of the date on which they were purchased.
