Boglioli

Boglioli’s history traces its roots back to the early 1900s, when the Boglioli family entered the world of men’s tailoring in the picturesque Italian town of Gambara, located in the province of Brescia.

ABOUT BOGLIOLI

Casa Sartoriale: The History

With a well-established reputation and deep know-how in the art of tailoring , in the 1960s, Boglioli decided to share his precious artisanal experience by starting to produce suits for other fashion houses.

It was in 1973 that the Boglioli brand was born, bringing with it an innovative proposal that blends classic and masculine elements with cutting-edge techniques, such as the deconstructed jacket and a unique garment dyeing technique . Boglioli did not simply create garments, but rather redefined the concept of luxury in the world of jackets. He was the pioneer in introducing a completely deconstructed jacket to the market, challenging the conventions of the time.

However, the real innovation lay in the ability to transform a process born in the 80s, initially conceived to reduce production costs, into a unique and exclusive method for dyeing noble and delicate raw materials, such as wool, cashmere and silk.
